Hymnly is a web application for creating, editing, and sharing worship song chord sheets. The Service is available in a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The free plan allows up to 10 personal songs and access to shared setlists. The Pro plan provides unlimited personal songs, the ability to create and share setlists, and other premium features. Pro pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice.

5. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any song lyrics, chords, or other copyrighted material you enter. Hymnly is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by user-uploaded content.
